Yup

I know all about Jonathan Edwards. I have read most of his writings and many books about him. My PhD thesis is on him. Some people would say I am an expert on him. But, as much as I know about Edwards, I don’t know him. I know about him but I’ve never met him. We are not friends. In the same way, don’t ever confuse knowing theology with knowing God. Knowing the Bible and knowing God are not the same.
