It is good to know that…

No matter what happens here, no matter what bests us, befalls us, buffets us, or buries us, nothing can keep us from Jesus. Heaven awaits all the Father’s sons and daughters. When the End comes Jesus is not going to look around and find some of the rooms He prepared empty. He is not going to shake His head wondering what kept Bob or Sally from making it Home. Not one of His family will be missing. And when we are all there, we will see that we were lovingly and sovereignly kept safe.

My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one (John 10:27-30, NIV).
