I was at a conference recently where someone said something like, “When we hit rock bottom, it means we have hit something. We don’t just keep falling. We hit rock; we hit a foundation. When we hit rock bottom, God is the foundation on which to rebuild anew”. (again, not a direct quote, but something like it).
