  1. Gluten sensitivity was noted as far back as the Egyptians (before Jesus, most likely.) So for the longest time, people were eating food that were slowly poisoning their bodies and making them sick – unable to discern the very thing keeping them alive was the culprit. I appreciate churches that realize that food allergies are legitimate and are on the rise. It shouldn’t take a kid going into anaphlactic shock and choking – gasping for breath for a church to realize that they shouldn’t have put peanuts in the trail mix.
