That’s wonderful. Wanna join my Pharisee club? We love doing all those things too!

Personally, a better way to show yourself a theology nerd would be to say:

I love my wife / husband.

I forgive easily.

I am not easily angered.

I am very compassionate.

I am ready to incarnate God’s love to needy and hurting people that God brings my way today.

Learning theology is not the same as living theology, and the point of theology is living. To know and not to do, is not to know.

Dan Ledwith

After thirteen years as a pastor in New England, I am currently working as a retail tobacconist, manage the pipe and pipe tobacco section at New England's premiere cigar bar, Twins Smoke Shop, and host the "Not Just Blowing Smoke" podcast. In addition to that, I am working on a PhD in systematic and spiritual theology. I speak at local churches on a regular basis and have authored three books, all available on Amazon. Personally, I am learning to live for God through Christ in such a way that I am full of grace and truth (John 1:14). I am an easy going and fun loving guy who is totally in love with my wife Mandi and the proud father to my three girls.
