Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing (1 Thessalonians 5:11, NIV).

One of the things you can never have too much of in your life is encouragement. Just a few words affirming what you appreciate in a person, or acknowledging their strengths and gifts, or letting a person know that they matter to you, or telling a person how they encourage and inspire you can make a world of difference in a person’s day.
Who will you encourage and build up today?

I want to encourage you to keep writing for the Lord! Let His words be your guide and standard.. 😊 May God continue to bless the work of your hands to draw more people closer to Him ☺

By application and example, I always look forward to your comments on my posts. Some are thoughtful, others are thought provoking, and others just make me laugh. Thanks for taking the time to make them. They are appreciated.

You are most welcome Dan. To encourage is not hard one just has to try. Problem is we don’t try.

Very true Wally. I am trying to pay closer attention to the Spirit’s leading in this area. I think we often hear the “you should encourage so and so” but don’t often follow through with that leading.

No…..we don’t. I personally let my own personal time restraints to get in my way. And that’s not good because it’s as if I am saying I can make better decisions about my time than God.
