Love is taking time out of your evening to treat your kid for lice. There is a spiritual parallel here. Being a good spiritual parent means being willing to get down and help people who are struggling with sin. We need to be willing to get up. Close and personal with people’s crap, knowing that with Christ, we don’t have to worry about cross contamination.
